NYX GLOBAL LLC Refund Policy

We value our clients and aim to provide fair and transparent refund terms for our marketing and design services.


1. Service Subscriptions
  • Monthly subscriptions (e.g. Social Media Management or Design Packages) are refundable if cancelled before the start of the service month.
  • If work has already started for the month, we may issue a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of services not yet delivered.


2. One-time Projects & Sprints
  • Deposits for project work (e.g. branding or custom campaigns) are non-refundable once work begins, as resources are allocated immediately.
  • If a project is cancelled before kickoff, we will refund any amounts paid, less administrative fees if applicable.


3. How Refunds Are Issued
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
